We have the following vacancies at our Docklands office in London:

Development Team Leader - up to 40K
-----------------------------------

You will have experience of working as a developer using an Agile
methodology. You will be comfortable with all aspects of a development role:
from finding out sponsors' requirements to deploying working solutions in a
production environment. You will have strong development skills and not be
phased by new technologies. We primarily use Ruby on Rails. If you don't
already know this then you will be bright enough to pick it up quickly. You
will already have leadership skills. Ideally you will already have worked as
a development team leader, or perhaps you feel you're ready to step up to an
official leadership role and are looking for the right opportunity. You will
understand how to motivate and inspire people, how to prioritise work, how
to liaise with other teams and third parties, and how to ensure that
deadlines are met.

Developer - up to 30K
---------------------

You will primarily be working with Ruby on Rails within an Agile development
environment. Ideally you will have some Ruby experience, or have experience
in Perl/Java/Python or another similar language and be keen to cross train.
The role involves constant exposure to new technologies and you will be keen
to constantly learn new skills.

Systems Administrator - up to 30K
---------------------------------

This varied role primarily requires strong Linux and *BSD skills along with
some Windows, networking, security and programming ability. You will have
the opportunity to develop new skills in a number of technology areas, as
well as being able to build on your existing strengths and knowledge.
