Due to continued growth they have a requirement for Linux Engineer to
work in their Production Support team. The ideal candidate will possess
excellent knowledge of Red hat Linux at an enterprise level and be used
to working in a high pressured, high availability 24/7 environment.
Successful applicants will also have good skills in some or all of the
following: Windows Server experience, HP SAN, Blade technology (HP),
Cisco Networking, Apache, WebLogic and Veritas volume manager. You will
ideally be coming from a production support environment / 24/7 and be
keen to get involved hands on with projects. This position offers a

IT Support - Linux & MySQL - Birmingham, West Midlands. Brilliant
opportunity to work for BOOMING business based in Birmingham City
Centre. Would will be working for a big money making software house
within an exciting industry. Your duties will be to support the internal
infrastructure that the applications sit on, along with becoming
involved in the support of the applications. Key skills will lie in your
Linux server - ideally enterprise server and MySQL experience.
Experience of Apache will also be very valuable to our client. This
really is a highly technical role and if you are a Linux enthusiast then
you will be stimulated by the technology here: High Availability MySQL
Server, Linux Logical Volume Management hardware RAID config,
Virtualisation using VM Ware and Linux XEN, and so much more! This is a
