You could start by posting more in accordance with the list's rules
which you must have read at
https://mailman.lug.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/linuxjobs when you
signed up.

Specifically, try posting details of actual positions you want to
fill, together with at least their geographical location, and then
people will contact you.

What NOT to do is post vague fishing messages which people will
rapidly tire of.
