re:fine is a company specialising in the storage, online broadcast and
delivery of digital content.  We are a privately owned company of 60
staff, based in offices and facilities in West London.  We are looking
for a Systems Administrator to assist in the following:

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining our office network and systems.
* Maintaining and supporting our development, testing and production
environments. (This will eventually involve participation in a call
rota.)
* Maintaining our large scale storage systems.
* Provision of desktop support and assistance to non-technical
staff.

Required skills:

* 3+ years experience of Linux systems administration.
* Experience of administering RHEL or Centos.
* Good knowledge of Samba.
* Knowledge of Linux/UNIX scripting and automation.
* Some experience of using and administering Windows
* Familiarity with Ethernet networks (including switch
* and router configuration)
* Good core knowledge of TCP/IP networking and
Internet applications (DNS, HTTP, FTP etc.)
* Some experience of Database maintenance
* The ability to learn quickly and to show initiative.

Desirable skills:

* Experience of maintaining large filesystems.
* iSCSI and other network storage technologies.
* MySQL or MS SQL Server
* Familiarity with monitoring applications (particularly Nagios).
* SNMP.
* Experience of automated deployment/provisioning (e.g. Puppet,
Cobbler, Kickstart, cfengine).
* Experience with automated configuration of Windows networks (Group
Policies, WSUS etc.)
* Familiarity with OS X.

Salary:  £25K-30K depending on skills and experience.
Reporting to:  Head of Infrastructure
Location:  W10
