We are looking for a suitable person to build a new web site in one of 
the popular open source content management systems, or other method at 
your suggestion.  We host on Debian servers.

The site will be providing the core operation for a video footage 
business delivering professional grade content on behalf of contributors 
to subscribers.

A wire frame has thus far been developed and so we have the ability to 
demonstrate something of what we require.
