Hi All,
 
We are looking for an App Support Engineer, to support a bespoke application
on a client site in Rugby.
 
Need someone within reasonable distance to Rugby as you would need to be on
call out-of-hours.
 
You would be given training  on the app specifics (3 weeks), but you will
still need the following skills/experience;
 
General Linux and/or UNIX support experience.
General development & scripting experience (Perl, Shell scripting, C/C++,
Java are all useful)*
Database admin/development (Preferably Oracle)
Networking troubleshooting and support
Preferably some experience in the telecoms sector.
 
*Note obviously not all of these are required, just need the ability to code
and script in something familiar, but the more the better.
 
Salary is up to £40,000 + on call allowance.
