All I would say, is please do keep posting jobs that need filling.

for the amount of time is saves everyone.
For example, say I have a job currently that pays £30k. Your above
guide of £18k - £24k saves me bothering to apply.
But, for someone without a job currently, £18k - 24k might look more attractive.
It also saves you time reading my CV etc.
Too me, if a perspective employer does not include a salary figure, I
infer from that that they have not budgeted for a new person to join
them.
So, please try to see if from candidates point of view. Wasting their
time is unfair.
I for one, did apply for one job that was posted on this list, and I
would apply via that recruiter again if I saw something interesting. I
did not take that job because at the time, I wished to do some days
work from home, but the employer wanted me in 5 days a week.
