I am trying to recruit for our growing IT Production support team @ IG.
IG Group is a world-leading provider of financial spread betting and CFDs.
As an established member of the FTSE 250, we have a market capitalisation
of over £1.9bn (as of October 2010). With headquarters in London and
offices across Europe, the US, Japan, Singapore and Australia, our
international network is growing rapidly. In the last five years alone we
have opened ten new offices.
Our strong reputation is built on innovation, reliability and cutting-edge
trading technology. We have won a number of prestigious industry awards and
independent research has revealed that one in every two of the UK's active
spread bettors holds an account with IG Index.
Our brands
The Group is comprised of individual brands which cater to our clients'
trading needs. Our businesses have over 120,000 clients globally and handle
millions of transactions each month.
IG Index is our market-leading financial spread betting brand, offering a
huge range of markets including indices, shares, forex and commodities.
IG Markets provides Contracts for Difference (CFDs) to a fast-expanding
global audience, trading in the UK, Europe, the US, Australasia and the Far
East.
Our other brands include:
Nadex: a retail-orientated exchange in the US
FXOnline: commission-free forex trading and CFD provider in Japan
Technological innovation is at the heart of all our businesses. Our
PureDeal platform has won several industry awards and we have recently
launched a successful iPhone application.
We are continuing to expand our operations in the UK and overseas by
establishing new markets and growing existing client bases. As ever, we
remain focused on providing quality service, expanding our product offering
and delivering advanced technology for existing clients.
IG Group is proud to be named one of Britain's top employers for the
second year running, based on independent research by the CRF institute.
