Hi Cornelius,

Whilst I agree that there should be no policy barring agencies from this list - after all, it's not a busy list and there are few agencies that use it - I beg to differ with regard to your statement "I also have had potential candidates email me and say that they aren't looking at the moment/not interested in this particular role but have exchanged details and I have then gone on to find a job".

I say this because I have emailed you in the past and you haven't replied.
