Sorry if this is picky, but when your job spec mandates Windows skills
then this should be present in the job title.

"You will have responsibility for installing, backing up, configuring and
maintaining servers (both Windows and Linux)"

"Basic administration of Windows Server 2008 (Standard and Core)."

"Database servers MySQL 5.x and MS SQL Server"

These are all required skills, therefore the job title you are leading
with is misleading.
