Established and successful Software House is looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. This will be a hands-on role as well as a Management role; you will be looking after a small, but growing, team of Engineers on a day-to-day basis.
You will be working for an Open Source company that contribute to the community and where their Engineers matter. You will be encouraged to bring ideas to the table, to voice your opinions and to have a valid input into the Network / System / Processes / Procedures.
This environment is mainly LAMP - Linux (Debian and Ubuntu), Apache, MySQL and Python - and they also deal with Big Data.
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the build, installation and maintenance of the equipment installed on client sites. This includes ensuring:
