Senior Linux Engineer (Linux, KVM, C, Python) - Oxford

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an exceptionally talented Senior
Linux Engineer to join a highly technical and supportive Linux team. You
will take on responsibilities for the administration, maintenance and
development of systems using:



   -

   Linux
   -

   KVM virtualization
   -

   Network and distributed file systems
   -

   Networking (Dynamic routing - BGP, OSPF)
   -

   HPC and clusters
   -

   LDAP and Kerberos
   -

   Scripting and programming (C, shell, python and others)
   -

   Linux/Windows system integration and interaction


The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the above in
addition to the ability to architect and build new solutions after gaining
several years' experience within demanding environments. You will need to
be an excellent communicator with a proactive working attitude who can deal
confidently with both highly technical team members as well as senior
management.

To be considered for this role you must have a deep technical expertise as
well as experience of applying this knowledge to time-critical situations.


Salary - £70,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits
