[Liverpool] datacentre in northwest

There's some in MCC in Manchester (part of Manc uni), but not sure who
has agreements with them - they're just a shell host like Redbus, ie
you need to arrange upstream providers separately, from what I know
(although you may just have a choice of 1!).  However, I used a
company that's now moved out, but did have just 1 rack there, which
was quite convenient.  How much rackspace do you need?
