[Liverpool] Soldering Iron?

Hello!

Anyone knows where on Liverpool can I buy a small soldering iron and some
solder? I have been looking in some places (Argos, Asda, TJ Huges, some DIY
stores, etc) without luck. It would be better the place is around the
centre, sorry to post this but I am really desperated as I need to do some
soldering but can't find any /decent/ electronics DIY store (which sells
resistors, capacitors, IC, etc).

I am looking for something kind of like a RadioShack (in the US).
