[Liverpool] Liverpool lug web site

Hey
I agree, a website would be quite nice, but I believe that what is needed
(more than programming capabilities which are of course welcomed) is hosting
space...

I would really love to help in the website (by writing one or other thing
and annoying people with my questions about UK) .  I know I have never been
to a "live" meeting, but it does not mean I am not "active" :).
