[Liverpool] Liverpool lug web site

I agree about the Wiki, but I believe that having a separate forum could
be good, I cant think of a way to implement a forum using a wiki, from
my little experience on Wikis (wikipedia) I don't like the  way the
"discussion" pages are done (a bit messy).

Of course  as for the main "site", a Wiki would be really good idea.
