Worth mentioning that the Ubuntu forums always come up 
pretty prominently in a Google [1] search, so just putting
Ubuntu or Debian, along with your problem, into Google
(UK or Linux site), usually brings forth a good range
of answers :)

Of course if you don't find what you're looking for, you
can always ask here ;-)
