[Liverpool] new group

Hi,

I'm trying to start up a new user group in Liverpool, it's going to be 
orientated around the web and related technologies. Including web 
standards, semantics, accessbility, and technologies like php, RoR, 
Java, .NET, Ajax and Flash/Flex.
