For the past few weeks Andy has been dabbling in Django which  
advertises itself as a “Web framework for perfectionists with  
deadlines”. Andy will present an intro to Django, hopefully some of  
the basic apps he’s written will work for a demo and he will tell  
everyone he thinks it’s better than Ruby on Rails.

About the speaker. Andy has been speaking to many people about many  
things, mostly Plone. He’s author of the Definitive Guide to Plone  
and co-founder of Enfold Systems. Now works as the Head of CMS  
Development at Blue Fountain. Known for speaking his mind about  
frameworks and programming, he’ll say what he thinks. This is the  
second user group he’s founded, having founded the Vancouver Python  
and Zope User Group, which probably makes him a serial something.
