[Liverpool] broadband search

Yeah, forgot to mention: I do not have a landline on this address.
So I am thinking of getting it from Virgin rather than from BT,
as they do not charge £124 for installation (as BT does).
So I looked at the Eclipse web page - they seem to be serious
provider (Zen is good too, but I've chosen Eclipse).
Now I wonder - whether they gonna install their broadband
with Virgin landline? Any ideas?
