Hope Barcamp was good everyone!

Yes, we'll sort out these issues - we'll just have to be a bit more 
formal. There is only one security guard, for example, so we could make 
the procedure that we meet in the bar and definitely bring the plush tux 
(or a sign, or something - but definitely have some visible indicator), 
and when we head upstairs I'll let the security guard know. So if we're 
not in the bar, go down to the first floor and ask the security guard to 
let you upstairs to the 3rd floor. Or we could say that talks definitely 
start at a certain time so people know where we are when they arrive. Or 
another solution I haven't thought of - but yes I guess its about time 
to sort this out. Sorry that people missed us last time! We'll think of 
a solution.
