[Liverpool] mobile modem

Hi Neil

I have the latest kernel, as far as I know ( 2.6.22.17-0.1 ). Which I
updated from Yast. The speed seems to be restricted to 490 kb/sec, and when
downloading data a max of 64 kb/sec. Yet the company say that it should be
2.8 mb/sec. That of course is only in windows or mac.
