[Liverpool] a talk on 'free' music

If everyone's interested, i am more than willing to do the talk. the topic
is not really explored and because it's all ongoing issues - should be
interesting. at least the paper writing process was fun :)

P.S.
it is not "a talk about music". it is discusses the point where free/oss
software meets music :)
