[Liverpool] TEDx Liverpool

In case you didn't know, Liverpool will be hosting a TEDx conference on 
the 7th of August. <http://www.tedxnorth.com/liverpool09/>

 From the speaker list, it looks like there'll be a hardware geekery 
theme - Alex from Tinker.it (pretty much synonymous with Arduino here in 
the UK) is speaking and Steve Clayton will be showing off a Microsoft 
Surface table.  Plus Bubblino will be sat in the corner blowing bubbles 
for us.

(There are going to be some other TEDxNorth events across the rest of 
the North, but (1) I'm in Liverpool and (2) this seems to be the one 
nearest to a hardware-hacking theme :-)
