[Liverpool] Christmas Party / LivLUG 4th Birthday

Looking forward to the party then, it's gonna be good. I notice the title
has changed to 4th birthday now, did we get the year wrong or are we just
counting from zero like true geeks? Perhaps it means Lucy can make the 5th
birthday after all, it'll be next Christmas hehe :)
