[Liverpool] Royal mail petition re postcodes

It should work with any phone that supports JSR-179, and from a quick 
web search it looks like the N82 should...

I've stuck it up at <http://www.mcqn.net/J2METhePostcode/> so feel free 
to give it a try, and I'd be interested to hear how you (or anyone else) 
get on.
