Sorry, Dell Outlet is where Dell sell off all returned stock, due to the trade
laws over here its illegal for Dell to resell a item as new even if its never
left their factory.

Dell get round this by selling returned items as refurbished at a cut down price
via their outlet store. I've never really seen it linked on the front pages.

Some of the stuff is a good deal, its nice to pickup a cheap laptop, especially
if its a popular model.
