[Liverpool] Knight Turing?

I suppose it could be posthumous but it's a tricky one. The way Turing was
treated was disgraceful after everything he did for the country, and in some
respects the wider world. I would certainly sign it but I'm not convinced
how successful it would be. I suppose there's only one way to find out.
