[Liverpool] Xmas Meet / Meal

Actually if I remember correctly - it will be free parking in the city 
centre all throughout December (or until late December sometime) after 
3pm everyday to encourage shopping - courtesy of Liverpool City Council. 
Like shoppers would need any more encouragement :-)
