Dear All,
I've already written to my MP about this issue.
Of course, you have to be seriously deluded to believe that will change
anything. Every time I've written to my MP I've got platitudes and bullshit
in return. That's because you don't have any serious money to contribute to
their campaign.
Democracy: the choice between *n *equally shitty plutocratic parties.
What we need is someone with a lot of money (i.e. telcos) to do something
about this. May I suggest writing to the Managing Directors of major ISPs
and pledging to donate to a legal fund to take this on?
Our politicians can be bought, we just have to come up with a better bribe
than our competitors. Collectively, we can do it, just like we fixed the
Christmas number one. We just need to exert our effort in the correct
direction.
MPs are not the right direction. Corporations are.
Kind Regards,
Simon Johnson
