[Liverpool] [Fwd: Election night party in Hannah's bar on Thursday night]

I'm not sure - I think it's mostly down to how late a licence the venue 
has - and there's been a last-minute change of venue after the fun with 
Internet access for the Rathole Radio gig :-(

The Upcoming page says until 2am, but CCing in Francis as he'll know the 
full answer.
