Hi All,

Whilst I was pretty irritated by this guys attitude and feel that as
he didn't seem to be willing to attempt to solve his own problem he's
probably not in the right place, perhaps the list admins could change
the message footer to be a little more explicit?

Something akin to:

To be fair, this will never catch the terminally ignorant though.....
