It could be MS' way of getting WP7 adopted by all the major handset makers...
1. Train Execs
2. Have them apply for high level jobs with hardware makers
3. ...
4. Profit?
Maybe HTC and Motorolla should be worried, given Ballmer is reportedly
swapping out senior execs from the sales side with those from the
engineering side... a lot of highly paid sales execs are going to be
looking elsewhere... :P
