[Liverpool] LivLUG website 404s

Yeah, it's a starter for ten. It obviously needs to be improved.

Unfortunately, I'm at the Rugby tomorrow so I need to get off to bed,
otherwise I'd make some of these improvements now.

Perhaps I should open a Google Code project and then other people can help
flesh out the content?
