[Liverpool] Wed 6th Meeting

Yeah, 15 mins should be about right for my talk.  Obviously everyone 
will want to sign up and get involved immediately, but I'll try some 
sort of Google-style invite limiting system to build buzz and reduce the 
over-run in time... ;-)
