On Wednesday, 6th July 2011, the Liverpool Linux User Group will be
meeting. Adrian McEwan will be talking about his (successful) efforts
to put together a hackspace¹ in Liverpool. This month, we will also be
holding a housekeeping/administrative session to discuss the LUG and
various activities.
We will meet at the Liverpool Social Centre² at 7.30pm. The group is
very informal and all are welcome. After the talk and meeting, we will
venture to the Welkin pub³ for beverages and less directed discussion.
Liverpool Social Centre is next door to the News from Nowhere bookshop
on Bold Street⁴. To access the centre, press the bell for the basement
on the left of the door and someone will come up and let you in.
Hope to see you there :-)
