[Liverpool] Android version and apps availability on the app market

quick response since I'm not home, but most immediate thing that pops to
mind is the the phone is most likely not actually truly stock Android, and
could likely be a vendor specific ROM that has either been modified by the
manufacturer or the mobile network you got the phone on.
