[Liverpool] Free dynamic dns service?

I've been using for a few years now the free dynamic dns services from 
dyndns.com (and affiliated websites). They seem to be moving more and 
more towards paid accounts - and becoming more aggressive with respect 
to free accounts. Also, I've just tried to create another free account, 
and surprise, surprise - the confirmation emails (with activation link) 
just won't arrive.

Does anybody here have experience with some other free dynamic dns 
provider that they can recommend?
