well again, it really depends on what you're doing. if you're doing more
"traditional" sounding stuff, then you're likely to be just working with
mono audio channels and minimal use of effects. however, I personally have
been known to bring a G4 Power Macintosh to it's knees, and that was while I
was just experimenting.
