Hi guys. I want to join this diaspora network but can't. A member of the lug list, Hisham Majeed sent me an invite but apparently sign ups are closed on that 'pod'. Want to get away from Facebook. Anyone got other sign up invites, ideas? Cheers.

Role Purpose
The Linux System Administrator will join a small Linux team managing the day to day running of a number of high transactional betting
systems as well as other ancillary systems. The role will include some weekend and early / late working as well as participation in a weekly on-call rota (currently 1 week in 5)
Key Responsibilities
* System profiling and performance optimization
* Securing servers
* Incident and problem management.
Requirements
* 5 years of commercial Linux experience, at least of those with Debian or Ubuntu
* Experience with a number of the following : Apache, Bind, Samba, Exim, Nagios, Postgres, MySQL
* Experience planning, documenting and implementing system changes
* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience
* A willingness to work on-call and on a shift basis
