[Liverpool] Showers in Liverpool

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there are any public showers in Liverpool? I was
wondering if the social center had any?

I'm tempted to cycle to the next meeting, which would be about 22 miles.
Not something you'd want to do without a shower and a change of clothes I
don't think.
