[Liverpool] Request for help

Hi, I have a NAS device called a Drobo 5N.  I believe it uses a version of Linux as it's operating system. 
What I am trying to do is the following. 

Have a list of TV programmes that I wish to download, and keep upto date. 

For the Drobo to do this automatically. 

I currently use tor and pirate bay. Then manually add them to my Drobo.

There are certain Drobo apps that are available, such as
Transmission
SABnzb
Sickbeard
I have been told that these can be used to achieve the above, but do not know how to install and configure them. 

My ISP blocks direct access to the pirate bay. 

I would be willing to pay someone to do this for me.
