[Liverpool] Manchester OpenStack Meetup

Hi all,

We're planning an OpenStack Meetup with the hope to get people who 
live/work around the North West and are interested and/or passionate 
about OpenStack to get together and learn and share stories.

The first one will be on Sept 8th at SpaceportX with a couple of talks, 
followed by a pub gathering on Oct 13th at Port Street Beer House.
