[Liverpool] Craft Ale and OpenStack

Hi all,

We're following last month's successful meetup with a pub gathering next
tuesday!

It'll be in Port Street Beer House, a 5-min walk from the station. This
will be more of a social gathering, just some good beer and company, but
we'll kick off with a couple of short user stories:
