[Liverpool] February 2020 Meeting Details

Hello all,

So I decided to go ahead with the Firefox talk and I've posted it on our 
website now. I won't repeat all the details again here. See the link.

The important details are it's our usual time of 7pm (1900 GMT) Feb 5th 
in DOES Liverpool as normal.
