[Liverpool] Question about Liverpool parking

Hi Ciaran, massively slow reply sorry. Delayed by the Christmas period.

Probably too late now. 

I'm not sure if you can get into Bold St to park these days, the bollards at the top always seem to be up. Most streets in Liverpool with pay and display bays are free to park after 6pm though.
