A point mentioned on the bristol list is that the Sender header
in messages changed from <list>-admin to <list>-bounces and
so some people may need to update procmail rules.

Next task is to sort out decent spam/virus filtering.
[Target is mid-October; I'm busy with other things for the next couple
of weeks.]
