Robin,
I believe what you are looking for is known as a Reverse Proxy, where the proxy server takes the data from your machine and holds it in RAM, speeding up transfers to machines that need it.  I do not know if there is a dedicated service for this but if you are willing, Squid can be set up on your own machine using this method.
