Using a router is the easy option for linux as i have been lead to beleive,
and is the only way i know (i am a bit green on linux so it was the way i
went).
I have a Netgear DG814 4 port switch/adsl router and setup was a walk in the
park, just plug it all in correctly, turn on PC open a browser window and
enter the hubs IP address, use the wizard to configure the router for my
connection, restart pc and the Jobs a good 'un (esp. as it also defaults as
a DHCP server so anything that gets pluged into the hub can access the net.)
works on my SUSE partion and my Win xp one, also on the win98 laptop and
worked when i had RH9 installed for a few hours.
