Filesystem type isn't really important here, whatever get the job
done. Try 'mkdosfs' if you can live with the thought that it's MS
compatible! That compatibility just might be useful if you need to use it
on Windows. Or you could just use a Windows formatted floppy in any
case. Then mount it on Linux using '-t vfat', or even 'auto' and most
systems will figure out the filesystem type. Linux doesn't really care
unless you want to apply Linux type file permissions.
